A random fact about me is that I participate in the art form of drag. My drag/stage name is Torriyah Nyxx. I’ve been doing drag for 3 years now. I started my drag career at the same time that I began my transition journey. This year (specifically in November of 2025) will be the 4th anniversary of both of those things. I'm trans & disabled, and often rely on mobility aids - and they feature a lot in my performance.

I do a lot of goofy lip syncs, attempt some stand up, and bring lotsa political inspo into my drag acts. That, and crossdressing as a 2000s emo boii of course.

You'll mostly find me on the Picture App or the Short Video App, but I do like to lurk here upon occasion too ⚡ I perform all across the country, but create lotsa online content too when spoons allow.

A think that is abundantly clear each time there's election discourse is that not only do liberals believe voting is the only political action one can make (outside of consumption of course they really believe the brands they choose to consume have any kind of affect on political realities) they also have to believe, for their argument to make sense, to believe that every "sane, rational person" would believe the same: That the only time someone is allowed to express an opinion on politics is during elections and that the goal of elections is to elect the best candidate available. They cannot accept any critique that doesn't stand on this notion. They don't accept politics outside the right wing candidate (who say slurs and announce their racist policies in the name of "security") or the left wing candidate (who doesn't say slurs and announce their racist policies in the name of "justice"). They cannot comprehend that their differences are mostly semantics, and they both serve the same interests, those of the national bourgeoisie of the country you're in. I'm obviously referring to the Yankeelection so when communists critic Kamala Harris they are not trying to "push her to the left" or "hold her accountable". They are saying that Harris is not that softer a side of the same coin from her republican ideological cousins. And the changes needed to make a real difference will not come by the electoral process (even less so the *American* electoral process). So vote, don't vote that really doesn't matter you might feel better but it doesn't really matter the result. Life under capitalism and US imperialism will go on regardless of if the candidate say slurs. American cops will kill with impunity, immigrants will be persecuted, the us army will render itself an accessory in destabilization, war and genocide. Just fucking spare us the lecture.

i'm developing a one sided beef with the drag queen who hosts and organizes the one drag show that happens in the town my college is in and the problem is it's a legitimate beef but it sounds so stupid when i try to describe it quickly.

long story long: i am a drag king. i'm a very skilled makeup artist and (imo) a really good performer. my drag persona is a clown and i have been doing drag since 2023. one of my friends from school just started drag in april and (love and light everyone starts somewhere she will improve) she's currently not very good at either makeup or a lipsync but her drag persona is a traditional fem queen. the professional queen who hosts the shows is mutuals with her on instagram and has offered her a performing slot in this recurring drag show. she (the pro) does not follow me despite knowing who i am and barely made eye contact with me the couple of times we've spoken. i can draw no other conclusion than the idea that she does not like my style of drag and isn't interested in offering me the same opportunities she's giving my friend.

long story short: you don't like clown? honk honk?
